Anger Management

Our Approach to Anger Management Counselling

At Pacific Pines Wellness, we support individuals in developing a healthier relationship with anger through compassionate, evidence-based counselling. Our approach focuses on understanding the underlying emotions, stressors, and patterns that contribute to anger, while helping you build practical tools for emotional regulation and communication. Whether you’re experiencing frequent frustration, reactive outbursts, or lingering resentment, each session is tailored to help you gain greater self-awareness, respond more effectively to challenges, and foster healthier relationships with yourself and others.

Complete a 7-Week Anger Management Program

Our 7-week structured program is designed for individuals who want focused support to navigate and transform their responses to anger. At the end of the program, participants receive a Certificate of Completion and retain their workbook as a resource for ongoing growth.

Program Format & Features

  • Weekly sessions (50 minutes each) for 7 consecutive weeks with a participant workbook to use for the program and beyond.
  • Evidence-informed approach: exploring the roots of anger, developing emotional awareness, building communication and problem-solving skills, practising alternative responses.
  • Blended delivery: in-person in our Langley office and virtually across British Columbia.
  • Support between sessions: short check-in tasks from your workbook to foster reflection and integration of new skills.
  • A Certificate of Completion — ideal if you need formal recognition (e.g., for employer or court referral) and your personal roadmap in workbook form to continue your progress.
